However, for contracts that are for less than 10 months, there is a 150€ service charge. This charge helps us to run our platform and to offer you 24/7 support throughout your entire contract. Reservations are made by paying a downpayment online via Paypal of 150€. This reservation payment is not lost, as it is taken from the first rent payment when you arrive at the flat or when your contract begins
