amigoflats is NOT an agency. We charge a fee which helps us to run our platform and to offer you 24/7 support throughout your entire contract. Rooms are booked by paying a downpayment online via Paypal, made up of the amigoflats service charge (200€), the online reservation (150€) and a PayPal commission (15€). The online reservation payment (150€) is not lost, as it is taken from the first rent payment when you arrive at the flat or when your contract begins.

Upon your arrival at the flat, the amigoflats team will assign you a mentor who will be waiting for you at the property, alongside the landlords, to ensure that all areas of the contract are understood and that both parties are happy before the signing of the rental contract. Upon signing the contract, all that's left to do is begin your amazing experience with amigoflats. From this moment, all rent payments, deposits, bills and flat management will be dealt directly with the landlord, without any agents, saving you a lot of time and more importantly, money.

Through your mentor, amigoflats will continue to offer you all our help and advice during the duration of your contract, assisting with any queries or problems that you may have. There is also a flat Whatsapp group which will be set up before your arrival and will be kept open throughout the entirity of your contract, where you will be added with your future flatmates, the flat owner and a member of the amigoflats staff. The grouo will be used to communicate any issues or queries that arrise regarding the flat during your entire stay. We are here to help!
