The 'Aragón' metro station (line 5) is just a short walk away from the flat, making it easy to move around the city or to reach Valencia's airport. Most of the buildings in this avenue are relatively new and of a very high quality and Aragón is an urban neighbour that has a whole host of shops and services. The city's famous Turia gardens can also be found very close to the flat. This is a park that was created in the old riverbed that used to pass through the city and has now been turned into an area where one can go for a walk, play sports or even using it as a practical way to reach other areas of the city.
